Terms and Conditions for Train to Win Basketball By registering for the Train to Win Basketball offerings, participants and their parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment • All participants must complete the registration form and submit payment (if applicable) before attending the clinic. • Fees are non-refundable unless the clinic is canceled by the organizers.

2. Participant Eligibility • Clinics or program selected must stay within the specified age range. • Participants must be in good health and able to engage in physical activity.

3. Health & Safety • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions or injuries on the registration form. • Participants are responsible for bringing their own water bottles and any necessary medications (e.g., inhalers). • In the event of injury, clinic staff will provide basic first aid and contact the phone number listed on the registration form.

4. Code of Conduct • Participants are expected to show respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork at all times. • Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the clinic without a refund. • Parents/guardians are expected to ensure their child follows the clinic rules.

5. Liability Waiver • By participating in the clinic, parents/guardians acknowledge and assume all risks associated with basketball activities. • The organizers, coaches, and facility owners are not liable for any injuries, lost or stolen items, or damages.

6. Cancellations & Weather Policy • The clinic may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, facility issues). • In case of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the organizers.

7. Media Release • By registering, participants and their guardians grant permission for photos and videos taken during the clinic to be used for promotional purposes (unless otherwise requested in writing).

8. Equipment & Attire • Participants should wear athletic attire and basketball shoes. • Bringing a personal basketball is required.

9. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities • Parents/guardians must ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of participants. • The clinic staff is not responsible for supervising participants outside of scheduled clinic hours. By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy

Basketball Skills Clinic Refund Policy

At Train to Win Basketball LLC, we strive to provide a high-quality basketball training experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness for all participants.

Refund Eligibility:

1. Full Refund – A full refund will be issued if a cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the clinic start date.

2. Partial Refund – A 50% refund will be issued for cancellation requests received 3-6 days before the clinic start date.

3. No Refund – No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the clinic starts or for no-shows.

Exceptions:

• In the case of a medical emergency, a participant may request a refund or credit for a future clinic by providing a doctor’s note.

• If the clinic is canceled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, facility issues, low enrollment), participants will be given the option of a refund or credit toward a future clinic.

How to Request a Refund:

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to traintowinbasketballma@gmail.com with the participant’s name, registration details, and reason for the request.

By registering for the Basketball Skills Clinic, participants agree to the terms of this refund policy.
